My Experience
Bob began his film career at Columbia College Chicago, where he studied sound with a concentration in post-production. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles and built a diverse portfolio with over 100 major production credits spanning feature films, television, video games, and virtual production.

He served as chief sound mixer on West Bank Story, which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film in 2007. His location sound work includes IFC’s The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman and Fox’s MADtv. A lifelong music enthusiast, Bob has worked on music videos with legendary artists such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Silversun Pickups, and Dr. Dre.

Bob also shares his passion for filmmaking through education, having taught film appreciation and production with Hollywood for Kids in Los Angeles.
His Chicago-based credits include sound work on ABC’s The Oprah Winfrey Show, History Channel’s Top Gear, PBS’s Mexico: One Plate at a Time, Paramount’s Bar Rescue, and ESPN’s Rise Up - highlighting his versatility across genres and formats.
